I loved the app and the ease of temperature tracking. I frequently used this for basal body temp. I found there was some variation in the temps though, so I took it 4 or so consecutive times each time and recorded/kept the average, deleting the rest. That all said, I would have given the app 3 or 4 stars. But now the screen goes black and won't load past the title screen at all, so it's utterly useless.
It doesn't work
The application is not working. The screen keeps black. This is ridiculous this viks people sell thermometers that only work with app and they don't even try to fix the app. Useless...
Unable to connect won't pair the worst part is im sick and really need to use it.
Developers of the app have left this to die out. Vicks needs to find another developer to rebuild this app because they haven't updated it since 2015 and newer Android versions will not connect.
Does not work on S21 or iPhone 12. Surpringly still works on my spare iPhone 7. How can Procter and Campbell not pay someone to update software for their product. They were selling this thermometer way past the date they updated the software. This is fraud. They should replace the thermometers for anyone who cannot use theirs anymore.
